How to use

1. Shake the can well before use.
2. Spray the detector from approximately 30 cm to 40 cm away for about 2 to 5 seconds.
3. Check the alarm: The smoke detector should sound within a few seconds.
4. Repeat if necessary: If the alarm does not sound after the first test, repeat the process.
5. Replace if faulty: If the alarm still does not sound after several tests, the smoke detector is likely defective and needs to be replaced. 

Important considerations

• Check the detector's user manual for specific instructions and recommended testing intervals.
• Clean the detector's vents periodically to prevent dust and debris buildup, which can impede proper smoke entry.
• Replace the battery as recommended by the manufacturer.
